We can provide residential plans, commercial plans and plans specific for HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) applications.
RESIDENTIAL FLOOR PLANS
A straight forward B&W 2D floor plan is the most popular choice, very easy to read and make copies as templates to write your own notes on. Depending on the use of your floor plan it can be tailored to include different levels of detail and icons of fixtures. We can keep it simple black and white or colour code the rooms and walls. We include dimensions and areas in both imperial and metric units.
HMO/STL FLOOR PLANS
Signature offer a floor plan service dedicated to help aid with HMO and STL (short-term let) applications. These are an integral part of the licensing processs. It must provide an accurate and detailed representation of the property including room measurements, property amenities, fire scape routes and the locations of any fire safety equipment.
The plan must identify the location of any elevators, staircases, interlinked smoke detectors, heat detectors and fire doors.
