Who we are
Signature Property Marketing was founded by photographers/videographers Lukasz and Ross who have both been working in the property sector as freelancers for many years. With a wealth of experience between us, our work has been used by several well known estate agents, developers and local businesses operating throughout Scotland. We mantain fantastic working relationships with our clients from large to small, capturing country mansions and rural farms to period town houses, brand new show homes and stunning skyline apartments. Based in Edinburgh we operate throughout Central Scotland and further on request.

At Signature Property Marketing, we are proudly independent of the usual traits of typical marketing agencies and faceless outfits. We are passionate in what we do and have years of experience in providing services to satisfied clients both commercially, privately and within the property sector.
All communication is direct and organised by us, the photographers carrying out the work, without the mishaps of working with a typical marketing agency. Working with you, we ask and answer the right questions allowing us to understand your needs. We aim to work together with our clients using our creativity to put in place and fulfil your brief.
We understand this is a fast past paced business and can accommodate photo shots on short notice and can even supply a same day service for edited images.
